This four-shaft turret rewinder automates reel changes while keeping tension stable during jogging, acceleration, deceleration, and emergency stops. It is designed for a 100 percent paper connection rate.

1. An RE tension system and Japanese encoder maintain web stability between connected machines.

2. The rewinder can operate with rotary die cutters, slitters, flexo presses, and other web equipment.
