About 8-Color Tower Flexo Printing Press

This flexo press combines variable-speed drive, automatic tension management, and durable ceramic anilox technology for consistent multicolor production.

1. An imported stepless frequency controller regulates the main motor speed.

2. Magnetic-powder braking, a clutch, and automatic tension control coordinate unwinding, web traction, and rewinding.

3. Wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant ceramic anilox rollers extend service life and support efficient printing.

4. Plate registration is available at every print unit, and unused rollers can remain idle without interrupting the others.

5. When the press stops, the ink roller disengages and turns slowly to prevent ink from drying or becoming uneven.

6. Air shafts make roll loading and unloading easier at both ends of the press.

7. UV or LED-UV curing and chill rollers at each unit control film shrinkage, including on PVC and PET shrink film.
