About Inline Flexo Printing Press

This modular inline flexo press handles paper and self-adhesive materials from 20 to 400 gsm. Servo drive throughout the press supports steady production, while configurable print stations and inline options cover delamination, relamination, multilayer labels, cold foil, rotary die cutting, slitting, and sheeting. It is suitable for adhesive labels as well as paper and film packaging.

1. Every printing station has its own servo drive.

2. A petal-style station structure reduces pressure-setting work during cylinder changes.

3. Individual registration sensors provide automatic color registration and re-registration at each station.

4. Straightforward registration controls shorten setup time and reduce wasted substrate.

5. The standard eight-color press has an 8.6 meter web path, which is shorter than a tower configuration.
