This all-in-one label finishing system brings full-rotary and intermittent flexo printing together with screen printing, flatbed and rotary die cutting, hot foil, embossing, and slitting.
1. A color-tracking sensor enables accurate cold stamping, varnishing, coating, printing, and repeat printing.
2. Servo control and an accessible operator panel help improve finished quality and production efficiency.
3. Optional modules include inspection, additional flexo stations, cross cutting, IML die cutting, and turret rewinding for tailored workflows.
