This upgraded inline flexo press uses a 216 mm large-drum chilling system at every print station. It can process adhesive label stock, paper, plastic film, aluminum foil, cardboard, toothpaste-tube material, and laminates, giving converters broad production flexibility.

1. Three servo motors power each printing station.

2. The petal-style station design reduces pressure adjustments when a printing cylinder is changed.

3. A registration sensor at every station manages automatic color registration and re-registration.

4. The registration controls are quick to set up, helping operators limit startup waste.

5. Its web path is shorter than a tower press, measuring 11.2 meters on the standard eight-color configuration.
