This full-rotary die-cutting line uses an automatic two-shaft turret rewinder to reduce stops and raise output. It is primarily intended for blank self-adhesive label production.

1. The line can run at speeds up to 200 m/min.

2. Six Inovance servo motors control unwinding, traction, waste collection, slitting, and automatic rewinding.

3. Pneumatic unloading, non-stop matrix removal, automatic core feeding, gap cutting, labeling, and length and quantity counting are integrated.

4. The automated workflow helps converters overcome capacity limits in blank-label production.
